"Lake in the Hills, IL (PRWEB) April 29, 2005 - The technology boom and demands of modern day life have acted as catalyst in bringing to the forefront both the Virtual Assistant and the Concierge industries.
Rapidly finding their way out of obscurity these two white-hot industries are offered in a dual capacity by TIME SqUARED a company that caters to small businesses and individuals alike".
In 2005 at the kitchen table with my children, 50 individual words on strips of paper under their fingers. Sliding around and into place, TIME SqUARED formulated and I wrote the PRWEB press release the next day! Through 2010 I was successful and found work with local small businesses and not-for-profit organizations. I also managed personal calendars and day to day needs as a personal concierge (aka personal assistant) for both business clients and families. Then the economic shift slowed business and I changed course.
Having gained considerable skill since 2005, I have gravitated back to doing what I love. My mission is to empower, business clients by streamlining operations and enhancing productivity to drive growth and efficiency. Due to popular demand I am also back to taking on new clients as a Personal Assistant.
Administrative services including but not limited to: meeting coordination, correspondence, customer service, identify and escalate priority issues, facilitate communication between clients and staff, data entry, file management, A/P and A/R, report generation, processing expense reports, etc...
Shopping for and putting away groceries, cooking for dogs with health issues, overseeing a 20K landscape installation, scheduling onsite oil changes for employees, managing monthly bill pay, weekly kitchen scrubbing, party preparation, home and garage organization, overseeing an unpack for a national moving company, delivering a marketing presentation to a executive, chopping a weeks work of vegetables, folding laundry, delivering gifts, packing for a move to a new home, acquiring contractor estimates, and rides to and from O'Hare are just a few of the tasks and errands I have managed for my clients as a Personal Concierge. Whether a new parent or busy executive my clients are usually burning the candle at both ends.
I have experience in family law, litigation and real estate. I also have base knowledge regarding HOA Instruments.
I offer assistance, to attorneys in good standing, with project work, legal research, analysis, e-filing, drafting pleadings, trial binders, subpoenas, maintaining internal databases, correspondence, calendaring, categorizing data, tracking inspections, researching transfer stamps, obtaining final water bills, review of title searches, and more.

During an immensely demanding time of my career I found little time to care for, or provide for my own personal needs. The demands were insurmountable. Until a friend suggested it, I hadn't considered hiring a personal concierge. Reluctantly, I compiled a list of longstanding tasks I desperately needed to completed. That's when I found Time Squared. Lisa methodically worked with me to declutter stacks of mail and closet space. At the end of it all I felt liberated. She uncovered a couple undeposited checks, lost jewelry and organized a weekend-long garage sale that generated close to $900 in sales. She was trustworthy and exercised integrity with sensitive information. She's methodical and thorough. After my experience with Time Squared I referred her to a not-for-profit organization seeking administrative support for their efforts. I've sense heard they were very pleased with her work. As I write this testimony I'm remembering her invaluable role in restoring sanity to my busy work and home life. I found that no task was too big or too small.

Lisa is more than an Administrative Assistant. She is a creative partner that helps you realize your vision. She works in a structured and efficient manner which can be transitioned to others with her oversight and professionalism.
